This is our March DIAD project in conjunction with Peoria North Rotary..  We will help with Prom Closet that provides prom dresses for graduating seniors.

Cochise Road, Scottsdale, 85253.  You need to also register as a volunteer with the AZ Cancer Foundation for Children using the link that will be  sent in a separate e-mail.  A guided tour will be followed by hands-on activities.  Let's have a good showing----many  hands make light work!

Central (Central & Dunlap) starting at 5:30PM.  Tell them the Osborn Foundation sent you.  The Foundation will receive 25% of the proceeds for the day!  If you can't come at 5:30, come for breakfast or lunch--bring your friends and family.  The deal is good all day long--7AM to 10PM.    Oh yes...wear your Rotary pin and your shirt if you have one.

Join fellow members at Family Promise Legacy Village that has just had its grand opening.  We will see six beautifully transformed shipping container homes come to life for families in need in Glendale.

Legacy Village is located  at 6242 N. 59th Avenue in Glendale on the campus of Inglesia Dios De Segunda Opportunidad.  I understand we have a  paint by number project to provide art work for the newly opened apartments when the first residents arrive on June 1.  

Josh Gunn , CEO of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce will be our guest speaker for this our last official meeting in May.  We're dark on May 29, but have a social event at 5:30 that evening at Bowlero, Glendale.

Our DIAD at Packages From Home is from 12-2PM--we can only sign up for 2 hour slots, but if you can't stay for the entire time that is OK--simply leave when you need to.  Cheryl has registered us for 10 slots under her name.  She will send you a "ticket" to print out and take with you.  They will allow only the number of slots we register for, so please let Cheryl know if you're able to attend.

We will be packing care boxess to go to active duty soldiers.  We've assisted this organization before.  Hope to see you there!  

Rick Mitchell with the Homeless ID Project will talk to us about efforts of his organization to help homeless people find jobs and housing.

Amy Hsiao from the Rotary Club of Taiwan is working on the Semi-Conductor Project in the area.  She has visited the club several times and was at our Installation Luncheon
